The last quarterly suggested "near term" as the timing of the float - I have taken that as suggesting v soon as monthly targets were given for the other raisings and the possibility of raising this first amount at a depressed SP would be dealt with in June if required :

"Should a Shareholders’ Meeting be required in connection with the first phase of funding it is anticipated this will be held during June 2009."

the quarterly was released mid april, meeting in June to ratify if needed leaving us.... MAY so that was my thinking - but that is all it is I'm afraid - just my interpretation so take it with a grain of salt.
