Sorry Seals - misread your question - the listing won't occur till Sept in Canada but a private raising with Nth American/Canadian investors to occur soon - issued with Aussie Mak shares is my read of the situation. ie get some big names on the Mak register before trying the main float in Canada with prospectus in Sept.
