Say the cap'n gets the sailing instructions for the admiralty in the next few days...
then gets passed to the clerk....who has gone to a family wedding /funeral and back in about a week or two....
takes a week to find the slip from the admiral ....
gives it to the under clerk who looses it and has to get another from the admirals office... another ten days
gets the new slip but turns out the cleaner has nicked the computer... another ten days for the new one.......
then the plugs dont fit.... followed by power off for a week because the minister's son had an issue with a power pole in torn while driving home late....
Finally gets typed out.... first no paper... then someone nicked the ink..
OK so its all done.
then has to be signed but admiral has gone off to Lusaka (london) for an urgent meeting (shopping trip)... back in a week or two ....
OK so gets back and signs it then gives it to the postman who looks at the address and throws it in the too hard pile at the back of his shack.....
gets eaten by dog...
and process starts over again......
Naw! think I will go back to sleep
