Posting on hot copper is a double edge sword for anyone close to the company. Rumours are bound by speculation and the way people are reading into some of the posts by Tony, just causes more angst.
Such an issue is the funding - It was early 2009 when we were all enlightened on some third party funding, which is still currently ongoing. Why say anything until you have it all signed, sealed and delivered.
Now we have a catch22 situation. Offer for 100% of project and no secure funding. Need to drill this baby out, but no funding. Is the horse behind the cart or in front?
One would speculate that given the love shared in these posts by other shareholders PLV could have found $5M within the current shareholders, just to get them over the line with the 100%. Would be in a better bargaining position one thinks!
Let’s hope we see an announcement with funding before we get the one with the resource upgrade. Hopefully then we might see this run to another support level, rather than bounce up and slowly be sold off back down to the 60c support while shareholders loose face and sell off to get into something else.
