In Tony's defence (especially given this thread was posted at a time when he is not here), the info he provides is fantastic and the share price has risen over 90% since March! (not bad really)...
A lot has been happening this year, and "all talk no action" seems a tad harsh IMO... In fact, very harsh...
Yes, it would be nice to have raised the funding but I think you'll see an exciting end to the year with Pluton (just my opinion)...
