let's hope, there's a rapid succession of announcements all blocked up pending mining licence, one would hope the work has all been completed for a bond issue and its just the mining holding up final ok. Same with some BOA's. Additionally one would think they have construction plans and contractors ready to go while we have been waiting... SP could explode if management have been busy behind the scenes which im sure they have.
