The same way that SAS has made a deal for millions with a company like GOMSpace.
Various company's see value in various ways that will lead to a monotery sum.
The ASX is not there to sanction announcements. A time frame has been given to the Beeptool deal - 5 years i believe. Since the time has not lapsed the ASX will not move on questioning this.
Is our syatem broken? Great question! Probably no short answer for that.
