Looks like the phone the planned on selling for USD$1 will now cost USD$40 (for pre-ordered phones) and USD$65 for new sales. Obviously it's not running on SAS. It is now called a 4G phone. So it's a normal, terrestrial phone. I assume they managed to get the cheapest thing ever made out of China and are re-selling that with the old SAS promoted packaging.
