G'day everyone,
I noticed on page 1 of the report that the higher grade spodumene concentrate (>7.5% Li2O) is now about US$ 750/t. Using a simple calculation at that rate the SP would be $1.35.
($750 is 1.5 x $500, so $0.90c x 1.5 is $1.35)
At this stage I'm thinking that the SP is currently valued somewhere between Beer & Co's 70c valuation and the $1.35 above. However this valuation could be higher if supply is constrained as expected over the next few years.
All in my opinion of course, and not out of the realms of possibility.
