The thing that's interesting for me in the Permian deals is that the midstream assets are moving as well. Nobody sells a midstream asset that looks to be full and profitable for the foreseeable future. This combined with the knowledge that the tier one locations have mostly been drilled seems to indicate a shift is beginning.
