The ASX announcement says that beepTool has over 800000 customers. They have a range of plans but let’s say they sell an average plan priced at US$15/mo. That’s US$12m monthly revenue for beepTool.

I imagine they expect SAS to enable them to offer sat services so more customers or cheaper services so better beepTool margins.

It’s very easy to see how, although obviously risky as both a startup and a 3rd world target market, SAS have signed a legit partnership.

Regardless, I don’t really care if anyone believes this or not. I’m happy with the milestone and hope the share price stays low so I can buy more for my money immediately after a funding announcement is made and before revenue is reported in August or whenever the financial statements are published.
