@Parsifal; after reading your latest comment I've just absorbed an hour of Josh Frydenberg on SKY 'interviewing' some of Australia's wealthiest, most privileged people saying how terrible it is that people are criticising Israelis following the atrocities committed by Hamas operatives on October 7th, 2023.
Unlike you, none of those '
eminent Australians' asserted that using terms including '
Jews' and '
Jewish' appropriately [as I've done in the bits you selectively quoted above and which I've not closely fact-checked for accuracy] is '
anti-Semitic' or in itself an issue.
Collectively and as compiled by Frydenberg; their message was simple, repeated hundreds of times and essentially equated to alleging young Australians are fermenting Holocaust-like hatred against Jews similar to what Hitler's Third Reich did [with lots and lots of footage from the 1930s and 1940s].
Throughout Frydenberg's compilation of interviews anyone daring to criticise Israel or Israelis was however labelled '
anti-Semitic' with some 'eminent Australians' even calling for heavy-handed government action targeting school kids and for the imposition of harsh punishments and rigid enforcement of laws already passed by Australian governments.
Frydenberg's propaganda spiel included passionate pleas for Australia's core values including a fair go and equal opportunity for all to be respected almost in the same breath as denigrating and misrepresenting young people protesting the slaughter of Palestinian civilians.
Guess what was almost entirely missing from Frydenberg's hour long SKY propaganda sermon?
Clue: Palestinian civilians
