    Agree with most of your conclusions.Hope you are correct about Bendigo Bank's position but I doubt it.The Bank has collateral.In many cases it has security over borrowers 'non tree' assets and there is no reason for them not to enforce their rights.They saw the loans as risky--that is why they took the extra security.
