Yes - The reason why I pointed out the Morgan Stanley decrease shareholding (Stock held in prime accounts on borrow for shorting) is this is proving that the smart money is reducing their short positions because they are concerned about corporate action in the rare earth companies.....
One day soon the hedge funds will panic and we will have a huge up day...
