Brockerage type is my understanding; Fonterra is tasked with promoting, selling and distributing Bega branded dairy products.
Bega manufactures and sells that product to Fonterra for a price factoring ingredients cost.
Fonterra argues Bega selling Peanut butter branded Bega is in breach of this agreement. Bega claims Fonterra has not met its obligations under the agreement and so on....
