I am sure they are across every single piece (some more obvious than others) of the puzzle and are trying to work their way through the labyrinth of pieces whilst trying to keep the company operating. I don't think we have seen the complete picture of the transformation but announcements to date have indicated various components. Sadly the opening FGMP was a complete return to the old cooperative ways and that was a big mistake but it indicates there are people and processes within Southbank that need to be changed ore removed.
