Yes there is risk. However there is a duty of disclosure. ie. that they were presenting orally last week to CHMP with a vote to be taken. From my recollection they had indicated this had been done. Either way the market should have been advised when. Not - this happened last week. I'm also concerned of the trading of the CEO and in the lead up and after the meeting and the dates concerned. Possibly other company employee trading. Although they made a further statement I currently believe it warrants a full investigation by the ASX.
