I suspect management were never going to develop this in their own right.
After the pfs release, they were hoping a takeover down the track
But with Mongolian red tape enacted on foreign ownership, this process
has become more problematic
It's not like the resource is going anywhere.
Not sure but akm has been skinned alive.
