Well guys, I know there is not too much interest in ANL here right now. But for the few readers here some input and lots of speculation.
I realise the negative sentiment is because of the chinese involvement. Personally I see this involvement way more differentiated than most people here.
One thing seems obvious. Chinese want Giro. Very probable 65% with 35% Sokimo.
So which chinese?
In this case it's very likely the Chinese State Council.
LW...Qiuming Yu...Poly Energy...State Council
Just Google.
It's pure speculation that right now LW and the rest of major shareholders are negotiating a complete takeover. If so, then 10c plus.
If not then they negotiatiate the future strategy of Amani.
LW wants to produce Gold as quick as possible. Some more drilling to define where to dig.
Rest under JPM Nominee wants to define a measured resource to realise a quick profit by selling it.
I guess we see a complete takeover or LW not completing Stage 2 and 3 and then retire.
Now input.
There is still no invitation for a GM as
Amani is waiting for the report of the independent and technical expert.
"...for the purposes of approving the Luck Winner transaction"
This is part of agreement with LW.
See Stage 2 timing.
Whatever happens...16 mio AUD cash.
Takeover @ 10c plus
or LW not completing stage 2 and 3 and stepping back
or a fast track production strategy offered by LW convincing the group under JPM Nominee...
Patience will be rewarded quite soon.
