Felix Resources substantial holders are likely to do a behind the scenes deal for their holdings. Some may sell out whilst others agree to sell part of their holding.
This would lead the consortium to pay a price not that much higher than todays, around $21 a share. The consortium would agree to buy semi-soft, thermal and PCI coal, perhaps 25 years into the future, at market prices, in the biggest deal ever done in future coal deals.
