BEI consortium with MNS, will VRC will benefit hugely, page-12

Hey Mate, Let's separate a few points here.

40% price rise in the last week is certainly a "boost" in price and value. I have enjoyed watching my portfolio value rise as have many others.

I don't not however link this boost to todays ann by MNS. That's a very long bow to draw suggesting that the rise in price over the last week was in anticipation of an ann by another Co. IF that was the case I reckon the VRC price would be retracing today as the market has not exactly set fire the MNS price, thus far.

Further, I believe the 40% rise recently has more to do with VRC's own potential, in its own right. Not because our neighbor says they looking at building .......

Whoever has been buying the large parcels, initially at .037, then .04, then .041 after close yesterday was not doing it because MNS had an ann pending. There's just no way.
