Like I said @Uni, I am sure Bill Moss, Eastman Kodak and the gang at MNS have good reason for the selection of Townsville. Don't forget $US are now coming into play and there is an exchange rate advantage. Also, look at the Aston Martin, as an example. I believe the Aston Martin DB11, has a base price of AUS$428,000. No, that is not a typo. From what I can gather all Aston Martins are manufactured in Warwickshire, England. Do you think they can source all the leathers, wood panelling and other components from Warwickshire? I don't think so. Do you think they can spring for a few TOP quality batteries, made with arguably the best graphite there is, shipped from Australia? Umm....yes .
