    dyor however the latest presentation shows a net asset valuation equalling 47c per share before that includes the $29m debt.

    Now that the $29m debt has been settled and PSA are debt free this increases the net value calculation per share substantially.

    Currently PSA are trading at 21-22c per share. Its a no brainer for me!
