Great to hear all is on track and HZN currently receiving revenue on 2700 barrels a day.
Interesting to compare the announcements from HZN with that from ROC. HZN estimate an eventual maximum flow of 16,000 to 18,000 barrels a day from September but ROC only estimate 15,000 barrels a day.
I thought that the original partners were to be reimbursed their expenses before CNOOC started to receive any benefit revenue from this development. No mention of this - just that HZN receives their allocated percentage.
