I think Roc will put in low ball offer for Beibu after all they have probably been approached so should have the inside running.
Less than $100 million.
The board have said they have assessed many proposals and are not prepared to pay too much.
Remember for Malaysia they paid $105 million over time for 8.7 2P reserves thats $12 per barrel so 6.3 2P at Beibu with payment up front at lets say $15 per barrel is still less than $100m and could include 100% of Bohai as well.
