    I don't think ROC shareholders are suggesting HZN wants to give away Beibu . What we are speculating is ROC may have the opportunity to buy Beibu at a good price is someone buying HZN for its gas assets wants to divest

    By the way - I think HZN shareholders are more optimistic about the value of their shares - ord Minnet have value of 53 and they only get there by valuing Beibu and Maari reserves as 42 usd which is the most generous of assumptions
