Last year I git my car insurance renewal. I went to the same company website to get a quote for a new policy for the same car and it was $150 cheaper. So, I took out a new policy and let the old one expire. I then got a phone call telling me that my insurance had expired, however I informed her that I had taken out a new policy because it was cheaper. She was shocked and angry(at the company) probably because she worked for commission. Some companies shaft their own employees!!
