I heard people say they can be both at the same time by have separate trading account and different HIN?
I would like to know from people who have use this method and successful claimed to be both in the same fin year to ATO.
Have some Long term 50% CGT discounts shares I don't want to put in jeopardy if I classify myself as a trader this year.
