The status showing 'Being Assessed' means very little. It is quite possible the ML has already been approved late last week and PLS are just crossing their 'T''s, dotting their "I"s and going through board motions be before an official release. I am hoping for a bigger announcement on Tuesday than just a BOA.
I found the website a little hard to navigate also, so I just called the Wardens Office on (08) 92223333 and spoke to the warden's Office Clerk and they are more than happy to provide updates to the public ....Assuming that what the Warden's Office just advised me over the phone is true:
L45/403 has been finalised, paperwork signed by all parties and has been returned to the Warden's Court ready to be issued.
L45/411 still has one objection that has not been resolved to date - Reed Advanced Materials remains outstanding and has been relisted to be heard on 12th May ..... this could be resolved prior to this date if the parties come to an agreement, however as it stands today - 12th May
Sadly it doesn't look like the trifecta will happen, but the Mining Licences are almost there ... hehe
