I gave rockyground a thumbs up because he took time out to check the status, so thanks. Also as palchum has mentioned 2 is probably better than 1. I'm hoping that this means that they have done their flood study ( I work in flood, it takes a bit of effort to get these assessments done). If this was the only sticking point with the DMP then it won't be long until the ML gets approved. My guess is that the DMP will accept the advice of whatever engineering/hydrology firm did the flood assessment for us. PLS wouldn't have submitted it otherwise. So I reckon version 2 is better than 1.
