From discussions with Neil Biddle at the time the Company was trying to get the permitting through for TT, the issue was with magnesium levels in the tailings water - the irony was that the levels were actually lower in the tailings water than in the groundwater that was being used for the processing. It is quite feasible that they are querying the same thing this time around, although it may also be an environmental impact aspect due to the multiple waste dumps and the associated runoff from these into the streams and groundwater. Anyone who has experience with dealing with these departments will know that requisitions such as this are extremely common. Just because a matter is requisitioned, it does not mean that there is incompetence on the part of either side, it is simply part of the process whereby the approver wants more information or a correction to something in the application. I have seen even very experienced Barristers have paperwork requisitioned. Whilst it is frustrating, it is a necessary evil associated with the approvals process.

    All IMO.
