@quarbing I have just got home form work but will try and get a look at this but it will probably be tomorrow all going well. Just a busy time at work. Objections are a normal part of the process and it could simply be an interested party looking for a better outcome for them. You are correct in that there is no comeback, within certain restrictions - it would be necessary to prove certain elements in tort for this to happen and whilst not impossible it is highly unlikely. Director also have insurance cover against being sued in many instances so the aggrieved party ends up fighting and insurance company.
