@quarbing I have had a chance to quickly look at these. These matters are objections and could be things such as road access and fences. We are aware that FMG were opposing the crossing of their rail corridors etc. Objections such as these are normal and the Mining Wardens Court is the appropriate jurisdiction to hear these objections hence they get listed there. These are separate to the DMP processes for permits etc. Objections are par for the course and are not necessarily a negative.
