re: all - going down IMO that does not adequately explain the servere price fall.
Statements from the company have suggested that the deal is still 'live' albeit that the purchaser has 'issues' surround financing of the deal.
Therefore one could surmise that if that was all it was then we would only be talking about the timing of the sale as far as the accounts were concerned.
It looks to be that the market believes there is some other problem more systemic than merely when this deal might go ahead...
