It was US ivy-league Phd punks who dreamed up the whole 'CDO CAPER' and eagerly sold/traded by 'young-uns' in bank/broker 'boiler-rooms' chasing profits/bonuses that subsequently trashed the global economy !!!
Keep the 'young-uns' on a short leash = it ain't over yet !!!
