The main problem is that management couldn't sell down the project when they did have an operator. See last few qtr announcements from GGP.
Now they out of cash and out of ideas and options.
For a company like GGP to pull out after being keen on the lease I suspect There must be a high risk technical issue like the reason that stopped commercial production last time. If there is no issue why no interest from any farm ins over the last year?
Glad I sold out months ago, but it still cost me money.
Management appear more focused on their own interests than shareholders. No plan now. They have had a couple of years of salary to come up with a plan B but appear to not have one.
There are better options and better managed companies on the Asx
For those left, there is only hope and experience
