    UMC isn't the sort of stock to short sell on. Companies like this, mine too, live on results. If you short sell it you may make a couple of cents, however if an announcement came out like a deal....any short sellers would be burnt.

    I really think short sellers do well off NAB and BHP not spec companies like UMC.
