IMO RCF will not remain entirely in the mix!!
We could have a trading halt shortly....pending announcement ....then probable instant jump up in sp heralding the capital raising.
Those waiting on the sidelines to buy in at 85 will/could miss out IMO.....but of course its their decision
The big picture is coming together to proceed to build a profitable mine .
The cap. raising is to have extra $$$ for ongoing BFS & office expenses over the next 12months .Then the $450 mill. will be next for mine construction .
I've given my opinion on who I think is to be involved.
