I wish it was the case, but unfortunately it's not - they can't just ring, let's say, Mike from the ATO and say :

"Yo, Mike bro, how's it? You told us this would 100% be sorted early November - WTF? So when's it landing?"

They have zero control over the process or the timing.

We've all been there.

When Jim/James said early NOV, they were simply going on 'advice'.

Fark you Mike, and your process - we'd be trading circa 8c by now MF.

Other dudes, in a similar boat, are only just receiving their refund.

Although, it is an obvious issue for us, and the market has reacted accordingly, it's no time to spit the dummy IMO.

But punters can spit all they like. No judgement here.

5.8c still standing straight up against a fair bit of scrutiny.

Let's hope she still holds.....

OR NOT - I don't mind so much.
