But why would AdCel put so much work into trying to 'play' Engage?
Rather than go to that level couldn't they either opt out or renegotiate before the deal
is actually finalised?
Unless someone else is trying to upset the deal for some reason to give Adcel second thoughts. But even they'd be doing so at a loss.
