Being the announcement re the AdCel acquisition is now 1-2 weeks overdue, maybe it's going to fall through. For a company not long listed with (alleged) strong organic growth and having recently pivoted to a different vertical, I'm not sure why they'd pursue such a deal so early in their ASX life.
