If Adcel demands more, EN1 should stick to their guns and cancel the deal. In the long run, I think that helps. They have always said they are looking at other acquisitions as well. They should go after them. If that does not happen, they should wait for a year, prove to the market that they too can grow organically. If that comes through, Adcel and others will come back with hat in their hands. Otherwise they will be taken advantage of
