There was 65 million x 1.6 cent new shares, as part of that rights issue placement issued and tradeable from Thursday.

You would have thought some stag selling was likely, in fact I was waiting for weakness to purchase more.

Instead of selling, buyers hit it hard. 28 million shares traded thursday and 21 million yesteday. SP up from 2 to 2.3 cents. Placement overhang is probably out already. Shortfall probably went to strong hands and they can work out fundamentals here.

Low cap here for an existing gold producer ( at least they will be in May).
