To late to get any fresh items on the agenda
Protest vote against renumeration sets them up for a board spill on a similar vote at next AGM if 25% vote against (2 years running).
If that's too far away for all and sundry then an EGM can be called if you can get 5% of the register in favour and lodge a 249d. To do this, however, you will need to pay a corporate lawyer and you will need to have alternatives prepared to stand for the job
