I am just happy that I don't have to try to outsmart some of the players on this one, I am happy enough to wait until we pop out a few invoices :) I was looking at that last Lynas announcement.
According to the diggers & dealers presentation which was earlier this month Lynas had 3 items from the original 12 stemming from the IAEA recommendations for pre-operating license to complete.
Given that Lynas has said it is intensifying it?s communications with locals and that it has further stated that it has sent the required decommissioning and dismantling plant plan to AELB in July the only outstanding item is the safety case work which it said is planned to be submitted with updated RIA to AELB this month (August)
This would suggest some form of announcement is not too far off.
