Yes,vodaphone is in a great position,mobile network upgrade nearly completed,getting a free 36b plus nbn at the expense of tls and the australian taxpayer to expand into fixed bb, a mobile wallet to grow their finance and advertsing revenue not to mention a great draw card,an incumbent telco thats not interested in nfc or mobile wallets.I bet vodaphone can't believe their luck.All this while tls continues to pick fights with the accc by buying austar.stagnant tls steady as she goes down down down each year struggling to maintain div and franking credits as nbn reselling revenues and mobile network utility revenues decrease .A golden opportunity lost when all they had to do was to continue to develop sol's trials of nfc in 2007 they didnt even need to think up the idea.I bet sony is very thankful to and any other future mega foriegn co that decides to enter the above sectors.
