Sydney - Thursday - May 10: (RWE Australian Business News) -
ST Synergy Ltd (ASX code: SYN) has received a summons and complaint
lodged in the United States District Court (Southern District of New
York) by JL Kehoe and JD Urquhart, the former CEO and CFO of Panorama
Labs Pty Ltd.
Eight claims are made against the seven named defendants
including an alleged breach of contract in the termination of their
consultancy.
The plaintiffs are also seeking a declaration that US courts
have jurisdiction to hear the claims.
ST Synergy has instructed its legal representatives to represent
its interests and vigorously defend the claims.
