The announcement backfired. Mantle threw us a bone and it made people nervous.Questions sellers probably asked themselves,Will they have full access? Will they be able to do what they wish,mine coal plus gas?.Ifrastructure? Will they be able to go all out and build what they need to for production and transport etc .Are the conditions going to be too restrictive?
The ann reads as if they are walking on eggshells.Maybe they should have skipped this ann and waited for the access granted one.
It's amazing what an ann can do to the sp.Unfortunatley this ann left me and I reckon I'm not the only one,With questions.Hence nervous nelly sellers.
