I think it was a great announcement,practically hinting to us that its a given that acess will be granted.

"Mantle will now proceed to finalise the very Positive discussions that have been progressed with the traditional custodians.These discussions have now proceeded to the point
of exchangeing a draft indigenous land use Agreement"

So it sounds like its all very positive to me.

Bottom line is onece Mnm obtain full access this will fly,and those that sold today on this annoucement will be regretting it.
