    Not all are underwater. I bought quite heavily in initial
    issue at .25 cents and have been buying each time they have made shareholders an offer, even at I think $4.50.

    I am well ahead although obviously nothing like when they were $8.50 + or- and I intend to hang in as I believe this could be the best thing since sliced bread
